About Me
Alysha_web_BW_08_edited.jpg

From a young age, I have held a vision of supporting individuals and communities in optimizing their health and well-being. I pursued a Health Sciences and Psychology degree from Western University where my passion for healing and well-being began to form strong roots. Upon completing my time at Western, I went to Toronto to become a trained Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Since returning home to Sarnia, ON I have followed my purpose in establishing a unique resume of health and healing modalities. My most recent endeavor is a Certified Trauma Integration Practitioner with ATTCH, a Complex Trauma Treatment Affiliate member. Whether it’s working with organizations, individuals or teaching community mindfulness practices, I approach the work from a place of curiosity, compassion and practicality.

My deepest intention is to support individuals in remembering their wholeness and resourcefulness so that they can live and thrive in self-sustaining ways.

I started working with Alysha a few months ago at the suggestion of a family member.  The concern was a long-standing issue of miscommunication and resulting hurt and dysfunction.  I was hesitant, certainly a bit afraid and very unsure how such a personal situation could be effectively discussed with a stranger via Zoom.  Alysha’s knowledge and intuitive skills are exceptional.  I am amazed and thrilled by the progress we have achieved with her help.  Her kindness and sensitivity have brought understanding and significant progress to a very problematic relationship.
