From a young age, I have held a vision of supporting individuals and communities in optimizing their health and well-being. I pursued a Health Sciences and Psychology degree from Western University where my passion for healing and well-being began to form strong roots. Upon completing my time at Western, I went to Toronto to become a trained Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Since returning home to Sarnia, ON I have followed my purpose in establishing a unique resume of health and healing modalities. My most recent endeavor is a Certified Trauma Integration Practitioner with ATTCH, a Complex Trauma Treatment Affiliate member. Whether it’s working with organizations, individuals or teaching community mindfulness practices, I approach the work from a place of curiosity, compassion and practicality.
My deepest intention is to support individuals in remembering their wholeness and resourcefulness so that they can live and thrive in self-sustaining ways.

The Integrative Trauma & Attachment Treatment Model from ATTCH is a science-based approach that honours the wisdom of your body and mind in processing stress, healing trauma and supporting nervous system regulation.
A membership that offers resources & practices, virtual community space, and group coaching sessions. Each month will have a theme to guide focus; all with the intention of fostering connection and remembering wholeness.
Using a hybrid approach of team workshops and individual coaching session, this helps set the foundation for sustainable well-being. This initial program allows areas of focus to emerge and create buy-in from all levels of the organization.

Each month is designed with a core theme and concept that we will explore through practices, independent reflections and a live group gathering. The intention is to co-create a space with one another so that we move knowledge from mind into knowing in heart.
